Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
What Can Be Returned
- Bras and cami tops can be returned if unworn and in original condition
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
What Cannot Be Returned Due to hygiene regulations, knickers and briefs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Exceptions We will accept returns on any item (including knickers) if it is:
- Faulty or defective
- Not as described
- Damaged upon arrival

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
