SHIPPING POLICY

Valentine's Day Delivery Order by February 10th to guarantee delivery in time for Valentine's Day (UK orders only).

UK Delivery

• Free standard shipping on all UK orders - Before Midnight
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Standard delivery: 2-4 business days

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination:

• Europe: 5-10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
• Rest of World: 10-21 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery.
